The 4Hers can apply for Scholarship money toward the costs. Need to apply for scholarship a month in advance (aim to have application in around the beginning-middle of February). The scholarship application includes that the 4Hers submit their portfolio.
- Portfolios: 4Hers should be working on their portfolios and always be updating them as they accomplish something or participate in a 4H event.
- Pictures: Ms. Debbie will be loading 4H pictures she takes to a shutterfly.com account so that 4H members can select the ones they want and have them printed at Target or Walgreens. Pictures are great for the 4Hers to use to create their portfolios and other communications about the events they attend. She will send an email to everyone giving the website address!
- Dry Erase Board: We started making a dry erase board out of a picture frame.  We decorated it with stickers and all sorts of other papers and craft supplies.  We will be entering these into the fair as a static display. We will fill out the green cards to go with the dry erase board at a future meeting.
- Next meeting: Sunday, January 22 from 1-4pm. We will be meeting at the Tail of the Adirondacks Pet store at 770 State Route 3 Plattsburgh.  We will then travel over to the Cornell Building to finish the meeting.
